Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to passengers booking with Supreme Limo, a company incorporated in the province of British Columbia, Canada, and subject to applicable British Columbia provincial laws and Canadian federal laws.

Payment

To guarantee your reservation, a major credit card is required at the time of booking. The credit card will be charged 24 hours before your scheduled service. We accept the following credit cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Interac E-Transfer

For weddings and graduation bookings, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged one week prior to the service date.

Rates

All published rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are confirmed upon reservation.

Online Bookings through MOOVs are billed in USD and Book a Service page reservations are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

For point-to-point reservations, wait time will be charged in 15-minute increments after a grace period of 15 minutes.

Cancellation and No-Show Fees

  • Cancellations of sedans, SUVs, vans, and limousines within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up will incur a full charge.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours will incur full charge.
  • Cancellations of minibuses with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in a full charge.
  • A “no-show” fee equal to the full fare will be charged if the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.

Conditions of Transport

Supreme Limo reserves the right (and delegates this authority to its drivers) to refuse service to any person who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs, or whose behavior poses a threat to the driver, vehicle, or other passengers.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

Supreme Limo will make every effort to ensure that all transfers arrive at the agreed-upon time. However, Supreme Limo will not be liable for any delays due to circumstances beyond its control. All vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims, as required by local law. Supreme Limo cannot accept liability for accidents or injuries occurring during any part of the transfer. Passengers’ property is transported entirely at their own risk; no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage.

Circumstances beyond Supreme Limo’s control may affect the timely delivery of guests to their destinations. These circumstances do not result in liability for Supreme Limo. Examples of such circumstances include, but are not limited to:

  • Missed flights due to transportation delays
  • Accidents causing vehicle delays
  • Severe weather conditions (e.g., snow or floods)
  • Road accidents
  • Vandalism and terrorism
  • Unforeseen traffic delays
  • Issues caused by other customers
  • Incorrect booking details (e.g., dates, flight times)

Damage or spills in vehicles will incur repair or cleanup costs.

Supreme Limo reserves the right to substitute another vehicle of equal size and quality if necessary.

Privacy

Supreme Limo does not sell, rent, barter, or share your information with any outside organizations. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to protecting your personal information.
