The vehicle was spotless, luxurious, and smelled great — definitely a level above a regular taxi or rideshare.
What I really appreciated was how well they tracked my flight. My plane landed early, but the chauffeur was already there, ready to go. The ride to downtown Vancouver was smooth, quiet, and comfortable. I also liked being able to book everything online in advance and getting instant confirmation.
The price was fair for the level of service — this is definitely a premium option, but worth every dollar for the comfort, reliability, and professionalism.
I’d highly recommend Supreme Limousine & Chauffeur Service Ltd to anyone looking for a stress-free, luxury transfer to or from Vancouver Airport. I’ll absolutely use them again on my next trip. -

Kam was absolutely amazing. From the moment I got picked up at the Fairmont Hotel at the International Airport, I was completely at ease. He was so accommodating and so understanding of my fears, I’m sure he could feel my uneasiness. We had to pick up my husband from the hospital which took much longer than expected. I was absolutely terrified that we would be left, he never missed a beat. Things like this happen all the time in the city. Next stop drug store again took at least 45 minutes again I was hyperventilating , Kam oh don’t worry everything is fine and so calming I could breath. Next stop pet store for emergency for my new puppy. That was in and out thank god. Kam was absolutely so very professional but more importantly to me he was personable and such a incredible comfort to someone who was so far out of her comfort zone thought she may have a heart attack, no exaggeration.
If and when I return to Vancouver I personally would never call on any company other than this one and be sure to ask for Kam. This employee well I have never received such care from any employee ever. Thank you very much Kam for you hospitality. Your represention of your company was 10/10.

What a great experience! The booking process online was fast and easy. I received email confirmation ant time of booking and reminder day before. Our flight arrived early and we had luggage almost an hour before our requested pick up time … More and the driver arrived early and met us at baggage claim with our name on sign so we didn’t have to wait at all! Van was parked right outside the door so my aging parents did not have far to walk. Luggage was handled with care. Van was immaculately clean, driver was so friendly and kind and patiently conversed with my parents and answered all their questions. They had never been to Canada before. I would highly recommend this company and will use again for next trip if available.
