The customer service is top-notch!  Within minutes of making the reservation, I received a phone call confirming that the reservation was received.  This was a stress reliever in that I didn't have to worry about the reservation being lost in the electronic abyss of the internet, especially because our flight was scheduled to arrive close to midnight.

A day or two prior to the flight, I called to confirm the reservation and reached a person, not a recording, which was also a relief.

On layover, our flight was delayed.  I called and again, reached a person who assured me that they were tracking our flight and would be there to pick us up.  Sure enough, our driver, Kam (one of the two owners) was waiting for us in baggage claim.

The SUV was impeccably clean and easily accommodated all our luggage (3 big suitcases, 1 garment bag, and 2 carry-ons).  Kam got us safely and efficiently to our hotel which was about 25 minutes away.

My wife and granddaughter were picked up at the ferry and driven to their hotel downtown. The driver was awesome, very courteous and punctual. Picked them up when they were ready to return home  the next day and drove them to the ferry. On time, cheerful and very professional.I cannot thank you enough for the greatest service. It was a grand day. We planned a special day of sight seeing and adventure for some UK cousins.  Our 3 hour limo service was booked flawlessly through Ray. He sent a beautiful Yukon Denali to pick us 4 up, Kam was our fabulous driver.  I was blown away with the cleanliness, the punctuality, the professional driving, the commentary and the giggles we had. I found Supreme Limousine and Chauffeur service online and from the very beginning they were very professional, accommodating and helpful. We were a group of 9 seniors most of us over 75. The vehicles were immaculate and beautiful vehicles. Drivers were calm and efficient even when circumstances made commuting in Vanc very difficult. When I messed up our return dates by one day they made changes to their schedule to accommodate us on our return trip. Can’t say enough good things about this company.
