This category commonly includes luxury models like the Lincoln Continental, Cadillac XTS, or Mercedes-Benz S-Class, typically holding 3 to 5 passengers excluding the chauffeur. Because these vehicles cater strictly to corporate executives and luxury airport transfers, the PTB enforces a dedicated minimum hourly rate band (such as a legal floor of $75 per hour) under Rule 19 to protect the premium integrity of the provincial limousine sector.
