This pricing structure is highly popular for corporate airport transfers serving YVR, cruise ship terminal drop-offs at Canada Place, or direct hotel-to-venue movements. While point-to-point rates offer clients excellent financial predictability, the total flat fee must still satisfy the underlying provincial requirement that the fare remains economically equivalent to or higher than the mandatory PTB hourly minimum rate bands.
